What is the warranty for your products?

For all our DR X-ray products, we can offer 2 years warranty.

How does your company assure your product quality?

Our company has been selling imaging DR X-ray products for nearly ten years, and we have a large number of customers in the global market, who are quite satisfied with the quality of our products. Actually the quality of the product, or to see to believe. No matter how well I described it before we worked together, it can’t compare to what you actually experience and feel after using it for while. We have the confidence to promise our customers a two-year warranty because we are confident in the quality of our products. I'm sure you are aware that most suppliers can only provide a one or one-and-a-half year warranty.

How does your company assure the after-service?

Of course, we understand that after-sales is always a point of great concern to customers, especially for products with large value, which is also a point that our company attaches great importance to. Our company has professional engineers to escort every order we deliver. We promise that if our customers have any non-human caused quality problems during the warranty period, our company will provide free repair parts and bear the freight. If the customer still does not know how to install after reading our instructions after receiving our products, we can guide the customer to install by online ZOOM, or we can shoot the installation video to guide the customer. If the problem still cannot be solved by the above methods, we can arrange engineers to fly over and give on-spot guidance until the machine is well installed and normally put into use.

What is the delivery time if making an order?

Normally for our DR products, 3-5 days for Portable X-ray machine, 7-15 days for Mobile X-ray , Double columns X-ray and U-arm X-ray, 18-22 days for Ceiling type X-ray, C-arm machine and Mammography machine.
